Our Commitment to Your Privacy
1. Introduction
Safety Link, LLC (“Safety Link,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a limited liability company formed in the State of Georgia. We maintain a business correspondence address at 111 Congress Ave, Suite 500, Austin, Texas 78701. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information in connection with our platform and services.
This Privacy Policy describes how Safety Link, LLC collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when business clients (“Clients”) and their end users interact with our platform, visit our website at https://safetylink.ai, or receive communications facilitated through our system.
Safety Link operates as a business-to-business (B2B) platform provider. We provide Clients — such as employers and organizations — with access to our safety training platform, including video content and employee notification tools. Our Clients use our platform to manage and deliver safety training to their own employees and workforce members (“End Users”). Safety Link does not directly solicit, contract with, or collect personal information from End Users independently of our Clients.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Our Platform
2. How Our Platform Works
Safety Link provides a B2B software platform that enables Clients to:
- Grant their employees and workforce members access to a dedicated training portal
- Deliver OSHA and workplace safety training videos through the platform
- Send SMS/text message notifications to their employees regarding training requirements, completions, and updates
- Track and manage employee safety training compliance
When a Client uses our platform to send SMS notifications, those messages are sent to the Client’s own employees using contact information the Client has collected and manages. Safety Link acts as the technology platform that facilitates this communication on behalf of the Client. The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from their employees prior to sending SMS communications through our platform.
Safety Link uses Twilio, Inc. as its SMS delivery provider to transmit these messages on behalf of our Clients.

SMS Communications and Notifications
5. SMS / Text Messaging
-
5.1 How SMS Messaging Works on Our Platform
Safety Link provides SMS messaging functionality as part of its B2B platform. Business Clients use our platform to send SMS/text message notifications directly to their own employees. These messages relate to workplace safety training — such as training reminders, completion confirmations, and compliance alerts.
Safety Link does not independently initiate or send SMS messages to End Users (employees). All SMS communications sent through our platform are initiated by the Client on behalf of their own workforce.
5.2 Client Responsibility for Consent
Our Clients are responsible for ensuring that their employees have provided the necessary prior express consent to receive SMS messages before using our platform to send such communications. By agreeing to Safety Link’s Terms of Service, each Client represents and warrants that:
- They have obtained all legally required consents from their employees to send SMS messages
- Their use of our SMS functionality complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier requirements
- They will honor all opt-out requests from their employees promptly
5.3 Opt-Out Instructions for End Users (Employees)
If you are an employee who has received an SMS message through the Safety Link platform on behalf of your employer and you wish to stop receiving such messages, you may:
- Reply STOP to any text message you receive to immediately opt out
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Contact your employer directly, as they manage the SMS communications sent to you through our platform
You may also contact Safety Link directly at 888-373-7822 or compliance@safetylink.ai and we will work with the relevant Client to process your request.
5.4 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages received through our platform. These charges are billed by the recipient’s mobile carrier. Safety Link is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred in connection with SMS messages.
5.5 No Sale or Sharing of Phone Numbers
Safety Link does not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers provided by Clients are used exclusively to deliver safety training notifications on behalf of those Clients.
