Safety Link SMS Program Terms of Service
1. Program Description
Safety Link, LLC provides a business-to-business (B2B) safety training platform that enables employers and organizations (“Clients”) to deliver workplace safety training and compliance notifications to their employees (“End Users”).
By opting in, End Users may receive SMS/text messages related to:
* Safety training assignments and reminders
* Training completion confirmations
* Compliance alerts and updates
* Other job-related safety communications initiated by their employer
All messages are sent on behalf of the Client (employer). Safety Link does not send marketing or promotional messages to End Users.

2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
Simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive.
After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program.
To re-enroll, you must opt in again through your employer.

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency varies depending on your employer’s training and communication needs.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. These charges are billed by your wireless carrier.

Safety Link does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Client Responsibility
Safety Link Clients (employers) are responsible for:
* Obtaining proper consent from employees before sending SMS messages
* Complying with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
* Maintaining accurate employee contact information
* Honoring opt-out requests promptly

8. Changes to These Terms
Safety Link may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
